PerkinElmer is a world leader in the design, development, and manufacture of Amorphous Silicon (aSi) Flat Panel Detectors (FPD) designed to perform across a wide range of medical, veterinary, and industrial, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) applications. Our XRD family of detectors provide superior image resolution, high frame rates up to 30 frames per seconds (fps), energy levels form 20 keV -15 MeV and easy information storage and retrieval.
We offer two sizes of XRD series Flat Panel Detectors - 8 inch (21 cm) and 16 inch (41 cm). Both are offered with several speed, radiation level, scintillator, filter, charge amplification, and frame rate options. Our team will also work to provide a model that will meet your exact requirements.
8 Inch Detectors - Our XRD 8 inch detectors offer high-speed, real-time imaging up to 30 fps for real time imaging, energy ranges from 20 keV – 450keV and 16- bit digital resolution of 200 or 400 μm pixel size an image size of 1024 x 1024 pixels.
16 Inch Detectors - Our XRD16 inch detectors offer high-speed, real-time imaging up to 30 fps, radiation energies from 20 keV to 15 MeV and 16- bit digital resolution of 200 or 400 μm pixels and an image size of 2048 x 2048 pixels.
